Jacqueline Ante was born and raised in Tijuana Mexico. She's a proud Olivewood Gardens Volunteers Coordinator and Kitchenista! She has been working with Olivewood Gardens for about 2 and a half years. Olivewood Gardens is a non-profit organization, located in the heart of National City CA. Olivewood's mission is to empower and build healthy families and a healthy environment through nutrition education.

She is working with Fishful Future in an ongoing class series for Kitchenistas, on how to use and cook fish in a sustainably-minded, zero-waste manner.
